Admissions Process 2011-2012
Please be sure to complete all Admissions Forms and include all items and fees requested.
- APPLICATION One application is needed for each applicant. All information must be completed.
- APPLICATION FEE - $75.00 application fee is due per applicant.
- PLACEMENT TESTING (K-8) Testing will be done by principal and will take 30 - 45min. After completion you will meet with principal to discuss results.
- PASTORAL RECOMMENDATION FORM A recommendation letter must be sent to your pastor for recommendation, please have your Pastor complete and return to school. Recommendation must be received before Admissions interview.
- RECORD REQUEST AND RECOMMENDATION Fill out the top half out of the form and submit along with your application. We will request school records, last report card, and standardized test, awards and immunization records. We also ask for two recommendations from last school attended.
- STUDENT INFORMATION Students in 6th - 8th grade are asked to complete this form.
- ADMISSIONS INTERVIEW Parents will meet with school Pastor and Principal to finalize the application process and receive enrollment packet.
- ENROLLMENT FEE - $300.00 enrollment fee is due after Admissions Interview with Principal and Pastor.
